Refund Policy
Last updated June 28, 2026
Because a license is a digital subscription that unlocks downloads and updates, refunds are limited. This policy explains exactly when one applies.
When you can get a refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license has not been activated. Activation binds the key to a machine and starts your subscription clock, which is why an unactivated key is the clean case for a refund.
When a refund does not apply
- The license has already been activated on a machine.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- The license was revoked for sharing, abuse, or a chargeback.
Compatibility is described on the system requirements page. Please check it before buying, since a working setup is not grounds for a refund on its own.
If something is broken
If you hit a genuine problem that stops the software working, contact support first. Many issues are quick fixes covered in troubleshooting. We would rather get you running than process a refund, but we will be fair if it cannot be resolved.
How to request one
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
- Include your license key or order reference.
- Tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you stronger rights, those apply.
