Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Voidlink and Voidlens, the licensing service, and this website. By buying a license or using the software, you agree to them.

The service

Voidlink is a Windows companion app for Path of Exile 1 and 2. A license is a time-based subscription that unlocks the software and its updates while active. Use of the software is also governed by the End User License Agreement.

Licenses

• A license binds to one machine at a time and allows up to three machine moves.
• Your subscription term starts on first activation, not at purchase.
• Licenses are for your personal use and may not be resold or shared.
• We may revoke a license that is shared, abused, or charged back.

Acceptable use

Voidlink is provided for personal, educational use. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and rules of any game you use it with. You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing system.

No affiliation

Voidtools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile is a trademark of its respective owner.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the licensing and download services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features, requirements, or pricing for future purchases. Changes do not reduce a term you have already paid for.

Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidtools is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any consequences arising from your use of the software with a third-party game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current license term.

Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. The refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
